Review by hotel critic
Upon staying at Suda, I found it to be a mixed bag in terms of luxury versus value. The hostel's proximity to the Old Town is a significant selling point, allowing guests to explore the charm of the city within a short walk. However, the size of the room was notably small, which could be a drawback for some travelers. The free Wi-Fi in rooms was a convenient feature, especially for those needing to stay connected for work purposes.Unfortunately, the lack of heating in the room was a downside, making for a somewhat uncomfortable stay during colder months. The noise from the street and other guests could be disruptive, impacting the overall quality of rest.On the positive side, the shared kitchen and laundry facilities were practical amenities that added value to the stay. However, the absence of a reception desk led to some confusion during check-out, emphasizing the importance of clear communication with the staff. In conclusion, while Suda offers a budget-friendly option with essential amenities, the overall experience could be enhanced with improvements in room comfort and noise insulation.
